The good news is that you can keep eating, but you gotta stop being lazy. wanna keep eating bullshit and junk? fucking workout like crazy, all you gotta do is fucking lift wieghts at home, preferably extremely heavy wiegts and do body wieght excercses the jim is a waist of money. I'ts waste becasue the machines are not as good as bodyweight excercises....DIETS DONT WORK EVER!
Program for fat-asses (every other day)
1. Wake up
2. Eat any fucking breakfast you want
3. Walk around 30 minutes, DONT SIT.
4. Go do 10 burpees then as you get better and better increase reps
5. Now go do as many pushups as you can
6. Go do 5 burpees with the most heaviest freewieghts you can lift.
7. Do 10 squats with the same weights.
8. Stand in a boxing position and punch the air for 5 minutes.
9. Do some dumbell curls with heavy wieghts, low reps, heavy weights.
10. Take a shower and fucking eat whatever you want.
WALLA: YOU JUST SPENT like 30-40 minutes doing something productive, and you'll lose wieght at lightning speed. It's fucking great. You fat fucks can now enjoy all the food you want and be a big boy, but instead of a big boy with fat, you'll have some muscle!
Doing weights is not the best way to lose weight. Changing eating habits is the best way, with aerobic exercises second. The only reason diets don't work is because they're either fad-diets that have no effect or people don't have the willpower to stick with a legitimate diet.
