Another good way is if they swallow because they have a dry throat. But when i need to swallow i just wait until the right time between answers and questions and un-noticeably move my hand to my chin and swalllow quickly so its like it never happened.

this to. When i was arguing with my probation officer and i was trying to act like i wasnt getting mad. She pointed out that i was fiddling with my hands alot. Even though i wasnt lieing in that situation it did tell the truth about how i was feeling.
