Need help finding a game

So, last week I was watching discovery... There was some show on connection between military and games. Among other things they were talking about America's Army and another game... I'm mentioning AA, cause that's about only time when they mention it. It has to do something with commanding troops while observing the fight... Not actually fighting. (ie. shooting the gun yourself).
I'd appreciate name of the game.

So the game is Full Spectrum Warrior...
But I cant seem to find any seeded torrents, nor for the original nor for the expansion.
