Taco Bell: Black Jack Taco Review (pics)

Taste - 8/10

It is a delish taco no doubt, but I was expecting more from the pepperjack sauce. Don't get me wrong, upon dipping my finger in a tasting the sauce it was scrumptious. The problem was although there was a pretty hearty amount on there, the beef flavor still overpowered it.

Color - 10/10

It was nice eating a black taco. It was a refreshing change from the regular corn look. I may hate people black on the outside, but tacos black on the outside are just fineeeeee with me

Value - 7/10

Its a good snack, definitely a nice side for a larger menu item such as a chalupa or cheesy gordita crunch.

Overall - 9/10

Its worth a try.

Edit: But it does sound decent. I have a bias against coloured shells and chips, though. The ones I have are always different somehow. Too thick in consistency, dry, something like that.

EDIT: The consistency was very, if not exactly the same as the regular shell, much to my delight.
