if you have to ask, just sell them...
That's the safest method to make money with them (as long as you don't sell to a fed, don't get ripped and you have a secure method to receive the money).

Everything else is pretty self-explanatory and you would have a hard time to find a step-by-step guide for something like that.

Just learn it like everybody else... by trying.
