Smoking DMT out of a vape... with hash

Good idea or bad idea?

I know DMT vaporizes when you smoke it and that's why it's like inhaling burning plastic vapors, so I'm guessing a vape would be the way to go, but I'm also not sure what temperature it burns at, and wasting DMT is a terrible idea. There might be DMT coming into town this weekend and my friend wants to smoke it sandwiched between 2 pieces of hash out of his vape. Just wanted to ask if we should proceed.

No duh, but it isn't because it vaporizes, its just how DMT smells/tastes.

Edit: and yeah, go ahead and smoke it like that if you really want to. I have smoked DMT with honey oil in a meth pipe, worked out well.

It won't hide the taste, nothing hides the damn taste, it just turns it into inhaling harsh burning mothballs with a boquet of hash. Plus you don't really want the psychoactive effects of the hash, I've found it slightly prolongs but definitely blunts and rounds out the whole experience.

Honestly, it's not that bad, vape it gently with indirect heat, take the mother of all hits....hold it....hold it....don't cough....dissolve.

I think a bong is the best way to smoke dmt. Lots of people have trouble breaking through with lightbulb vapes. I also didn't find the smoke harsh or bad tasting at all, but thats probably because 1 second after inhalation I felt like I was a rocket ship beginning to blast off, then several seconds later I was passed out and tripping balls.

Don't mix it with hash. Do it pure. The hash will do nothing accept make it harder to breakthrough.

I've tried smoking DMT by every way possible, and my favorite method by far is just throwing a quarter gram on top of some weed in a bowl and roasting it like there is no fucking tomorrow. Three fat hits held in for as long as you can, lay down, and SPACE NIGGA.

LOL you smoke 250mgs of dmt at a time? That seems a bit over the top to me haha.

Also, have you tried smoking it in a bong with ash layers in the bowl? Thats how I have done it and I can't imagine it working better any other way (It worked perfectly, I didn't even get to finish the bowl before I was out). I would imagine that weed would just create unwanted smoke.

1. Get a small bottle
2. Make a hole in the bottom
3. Get some coarse steel wool and stick it in the neck
4. Heat the steel wool, load a dose of dmt by getting it to melt onto the wool without vaporising
5. Turn the bottle over
6. Heat the wool and inhale through the hole, take small puffs at first to fill the bottle

30-60mgs is a more typical dose. I put 40mgs into a bong and I didn't manage to smoke all of it before I blacked out and spilled the bong all over myself. Dose however much you want, but smoking 250mgs is probably a bit wasteful.

Indeed. i tend to smoke or shoot about 75mg and get a damn strong experience from both, I can't see how you'd need much more than that unless you were pyrolysing a significant part of your dose rather than simply vapourising it.

As an aside, if you're using a glass bowl and just heating the glass to vap the DMT make sure you either clean it afterwards or have a piece specifically for DMT. I made the mistake of using my glass bowl for weed having forgotten I'd been using it a few months before for a serious few sessions of DMT.

Handing the virgin bowl to my girlfriend freshly packed, she takes the mother of all hits, holds it, breathes out while saying "thats tasted a bit odd....oh....fuck..."

turns out there was a fuckload of unvaped dmt clinging to the inside of the bowl which she merrily vapourised with her first hit and had a first, completely unexpected DMT experience without warning. Needless to say it was a little bit of an unpleasant suprise for her and she was a little less than impressed with me.

Maybe you've all got better memories than me or less of a collection of similar looking pieces but, you know, just warning you.

Do you shoot? If so it suprises me you still think you need anything like that much, 75mg converted to a salt and shot puts me into instant hyperspace, 50mg is still damn strong enough.

The old LT moderator in me screams out but I'm actually going to argue that apart from for dosing accuracy or if you're shooting you don't need to clean DMT that much. Slightly orange waxy stuff from undefatted extracts is pretty fine for smoking, and if thats all i'm going to be doing with it I don't bother cleaning it up much.

the problem with smoking dmt out of a vape is you dont get that one huge blast hit that you can hold in... youd have to keep hitting it over and over and get small amounts of dmt each time.... its possible but not recoomended

Haha, wasteful? The more you smoke the further you go, it isn't wasteful. The farthest I've gone with it is smoking a bunch of tetrahydroharmine with two other people before smoking 250mg. You can call it wasteful all you want but until you experience it, your claim is baseless. Anything under 100mg is not a true break through. Can I get some other deem heads to back me up here?

Let me set this straight..

I have had so much experience with this as my two room mates and I made it for about 3 monthes straight. We primarily only sold if you blasted you off first. Which meant we tried many different methods to get it right and demonstrated this method to many of our clients.

Vaporisers work well however, the best method we had found was just heat induction. We had a 3 1/2 foot bamboo piece, used a socket for the bowl and clear tubing to connect the chambers. Nothing special, but it was the spirit staff, much of the spirit molecule passed thru this staff. The best way we developed and passed on to others was to put a small layer of tobacco, dagga, weed, whatever you can use to put the dmt on top of. Take a butane lighter and hold it over the bowl so when the flame is pulled down, the tip of flame is about 1 - 1.5 inches away from the dmt.. Slowly draw and watch the dmt melt into whichever medium you chose and after it had completly melted into the medium ( about 5 - 8 seconds) lower the flame and torch and clear the bowl, we would always take the entire bowl and clear the chambers in one hit.. and hold until you were gone.



We only used ~50 mg to blast off an individual before a purchase, but trust me that is a very powerful amount and when we used that method, it would put people into space ever single time. Its a very potent, powerful ,and sensitive experience. Be very much prepared, open minded, and of course set and setting..

I have smoked from 25 mg up to 500 mg at once. We used to make it and had alot lying around. Now i will agree a true break through is a special experience and sometimes cannot be accomplished with less than 100 mg, but I have broken through a twice with 50 mg. I cannot ever compare two experiences, but when you break through you know and for the most part your right. But i wouldnt recommend a new person try 100 or + mg to start.

I smoke almost exclusively from a crack pipe, and I never once broke through over two years of occasional DMT smoking until I threw an entire point in there at once and carefully cooked it over about five minutes and three tokes.
