Hundreds of them, mouths filled with bloody teeth and black forked tongues, they hissed and roared, red eyes filled with bestial rage. I had battled and conquered other species, but none quite so savage as this one. Now was the time, I swallowed the ivory coloured berry and clenched my sword. I was alone.

The beasts were seconds away from attacking and the berry had not produced any effects, he had traded his castle for it upon being promised it would make him tremendously tall and powerful. The mysterious old man who had given it to him stated "You shall be invincible, temporarily, and strong beyond description after that". He had been lied to, beasts were now launching at him, the first knocked him to the ground then several gathered around and seperated his flesh from bone. Meanwhile the mysterious old man prepared to act out his sadistic fantasies on unsuspecting villagers.
