Step 2) Find a somewhat busy intersection with a stop sign

Step 3) Sit on sidewalk everytime someone pulls up, run up and grab windshield wiper, demand 2-5$ or else their windshield wiper is history

Tips:

Avoid Rednecks/Black People
Cops dont work too well

The original idea is actually really mean to do on old people, I might consider doing it if I didn't have a heart and it wasn't so low. I guess it would be good to do if you were homeless and couldn't get a job or whatever.

I would rather train a bird to steal peoples money at a food court. You can train a bird to do this, all you gotta do is get a bird and some practice money.

It's pretty simple really, make grabbing the money a reward for the bird when it brings the money back to you. Good luck.
