Where does swim complain to get free stuff and who does swim complain to?
email?...call the 1-800? talk to who? ask what? say that the item....?
what stores even value their costumers enough to keep them happy?
It mostly works with inexpensive items. Anything worth a fair bit, they'll ask for the defective product returned for evaluation. They won't send you a free pair of jeans without seeing the ones that supposedly "fell apart". At least be ready to quote the item number/barcode number of the item you are complaining about.
