A Statement About Opioids

Opioids are so good. So good in fact, you can have too much of them very easily. I'm sure everyone knows this. But I don't care. I have come to realize the importance of moderation with these amazing drugs. I'm on just a small amount of hydrocodone (I estimate 20-30 mg) and the high is so amazing. It's almost like that first time again. I feel this way because I haven't taken opioids in months, and the last time I did, it was a threshold dose. And before that, I was in rehab, and went three months, and before that I had just drastically reduced how often I used.

Now, here I am, ranting on the internet how high I am. I'm so high, I actually think all this bullshit is profound.

The point is, I'll use shitty downers like benzo just to get fucked up when I'm bored. Opioids are to be a ritual, whose perfection can only be savored by experiencing it sparingly.

I don't think I'll ever be physically addicted to opioids again.

I guess he seems old because he is intelligent and disciplined, and also seems very experienced and burnt out(by more than just drugs), which makes him seem to be a higher age. this is just the aura i feel from his post.
